Our pneumatic solenoids, manifolds, FRL’s, and fittings have the best delivery in the industry. We offer a wide range of pressure switches & transmitters, programmable & shock resistant temperature transmitters, and the best accuracy in Coriolis flow-meters. Our magmeter & paddlewheel flowmeters have the widest assortment of sizes and materials including on board batch controllers. For level we offer a unique quick ship float stem program for plastic and stainless floats. We also have ultrasonic and radar level devices. The IPS pump program offers many technologies to meet a wide variety of applications.

IPS can design and recommend process control systems as simple as 2 devices wired together or a full blown pumping system. We are known for our ability to consult with the customer to provide what is required for the result keeping the budget in mind. We build/design OEM modules that can be added to the customer’s overall system. System capabilities includes ON/OFF, batch control, PID control.

Services

IPS added machining and plastic injection molding capability several years ago to offer a value add to existing customers. This OEM solution has been one of our fastest growing segments as we realize we can be extremely competitive and quick deliver on most machined parts and injection molded designs. Our in house mold designer can give a budget quote in 2-3 days from a simple hand sketch of a product and if the customer is unsure of the design, we offer quick 3D printing of the part to give the customer a sense of what the part will actually look like prior to spending the cost of the mold. Often a part starts as a machined part and later scales up to justify a mold. By offering both machining and injection molding we can further consult on migrating from one step to the next.

Injection Molding

IPS offers quick quoting on injection mold tooling and parts runs. Our in house designer can typically quote a mold and parts in 2-4 days. We offer offshore and domestic quotes depending on your requirements. We are very competitive and finsihed parts quality is excellent. We can mold parts up to 2000 ton press.

Custom Machining

IPS offers CNC machining of metal & plastic parts to submitted drawing specifications. We provide quality work to accepted tolerances at very competitive prices. Our turn around time is typically better than most shops and we invite customers to take advantage of our KANBAN approach to finished products. We will run an agred upon total number of products, package them into agreed upon release amounts, and ship per your release schedule. We have 12 CNC centers, 2 EDM wires, 1 Laser Cutter
